It was made public today that major online Bingo Software Company, Virtue fusion has been purchased by Playtech. The company which power Ladbrokes Bingo is believed to have gone for around £36million.

For the new owner, Playtech, this deal can only be a good thing. Virtue fusion is considered by many to be the market leader in Bingo software and they were recently recognised for this at the recent iGaming Business awards.
For those that enjoy playing online bingo at its extensive portfolio of operators, there is an obvious question. Will quality be compromised by a company that are not primarily focused on this area of the gaming industry? I guess only time will tell but our hunch is that Playtech will only help this already great brand to grow. Playtech are slowly building their own position with successful Poker and Casino clients and the purchase of Virtue Fusion suggests things are going very well.
If you enjoy online bingo and are interested in seeing what all the fuss is about. We can strongly recommend the Virtue Fusion (Playtech) software. Ladbrokes Bingo are the fastest growing online bingo room and the company has a long history of player security, great promotions and a variety of online bingo games. Check them out and you can claim a welcome bonus £20 free when you deposit just £5.
