Tom Durrrr Dwan is offering a new challenge to the world.  He wants a Million Dollar Heads Up Poker tournament.  Each player is to stake $500,000 and the blinds are set at $500/$1000.  Tom wants the game played over 4 parts, each part having 500 hands.  A player cannot quit the match until they have played a full set of 500 hands or lost all their money.  Durrrr is giving the challenger the choice of either pot limit omaha or no limit hold'em in this Million Dollar Heads Up Poker Challenge.

In my eyes Tom is becoming a bit of a Poker eccentric as this is not the first challenge he has set up to prove himself as a world class poker player.  Durrrr first Challenge is still going on.  This where he has challenged someone to play online at 4 tables at once 50 000 hands.  Durrrr staked $1.5 million in this match while the opponent staked $500 000.

You have to hand it to Durrrr for being proactive.  He is not a player that like to sit around basking in glory and he realises that the only way to be a great player is to play outside your comfort zone and grow from the experience.  Mr Dwan must be feeling confident with his Heads Up Poker to put half a million on the table.  Us mere mortals sweat when there is $1000 on the table.  Durrrr has had the challenge accepted from Sammy 'Any two' George.  George has already eluded to the fact he doesn't rate Durrrr as a player so I think there will be much more than the money at stake in this showdown!
