Poker Stars VIP Programme  has changed.  Now it gives you more opportunity to climb the VIP ladder to the riches you deserve!

The video gives you a flavour of the style Poker Stars has and in fairness they are one of the few that pull it off.  Poker Stars have now lowered their VIP tariff so more of you can play and gain great benefits for you hard work at the tables.

Gold Requirement lowered to 3,000 VPPs per month (from 4,000)

Platinum Requirement lowered to 7,500 VPPs per month (from 10,000)

The VIP Monthly Freeroll Prize pool has been raised from $50000 to $75000

The benefits of this new more accessible VIP program will give players a greater sense of belonging to Poker Stars.  I think that Poker Stars can come across as elitist and this act of lowering VIP tariffs can only help to create a rebalance.
