Full Tilt have taken over the Poker Millions event from Ladbrokes.  The tournament has been around for a while now and is well established.  Full Tilt has arguably given it more exposure with their advertising campaign for Poker Millions and Late Night Poker.  The later which famously introduced Table cameras so you could view the players hole cards. 

 

So you are probably thinking what do I need to do to get a seat at one or both of these wicked poker tournaments.  Easy..........

 

 

For Poker Millions you can buy into the second round with player points.  If you have a lot of player points like 5000!! Then you can go straight to the final or mere mortals can win a seat through the regular Poker Millions freeroll tournaments, the top 27 players go forward to the next round.  You then have to get through round two to get your seat at the main table.   Freeroll tournaments are twice daily till Sept 27th.  The Freerolls are only available to UK and Ireland players.  Everyone else needs to stump up the cash to play.  As with all big tournys there are lots of satellites or you can make the big buyin of $500 + $35.  Winning is whats required to play televised poker

 

The fact that Full Tilt have two televised poker shows and can advertise simaltaneously is marketing genious.  They are attracting new players at a massive rate.  With the recent changes they have made to there software and look on their site they are now more aligned with their cool sharp image.

 

 

 

The home of televised poker is Late Night Poker and Channel 4 has been backing this from the start.  Last year Party Poker sponsored the televised event but now Full Tilt are pushing this monster poker show.
