Another major Poker Tournament and another newbie pro winner.  Adrien Allain AKA zlatan35 won his place into the Asian Poker Tour (APT) with a win in a $5.00 Satellite tournament at PKR.  Adrien Allain is only 23 years old from Rennes France.  This is not the first time at Poker-Shark that we have reported on French poker players that are doing very well on an international level. 

It was not an easy table to win at as there were some very well established poker pro's in this tounament such as Jonny Chan and November 9 David Arkenhead.  Allain beat Inwook Choi at the final table to win a massive $391,556 in the APT main event.

Allain has started to get himself noticed at PKR before this event by getting to the final table at PKR Live II and doing well in their regualr big money tournaments. 

What made us chuckle at Poker Shark was Adrien Allain's parting comment when interviewed after the event was 'Viva La France.'  Now if David Arkenhead walks away as WSOP Main Even Winner will his parting words be, 'God Save the Queen.'  Lets hope so!
